Before joining The Art of Living a Turned ON Life I didn’t know what alignment felt like in my body. I had a deep disconnect between what my heart wanted and what my mind was rationalizing my next step to be. Confusion and lack of vision led to a desperate feeling around money and success. Since working with Sandra I have gained a profound sense of self. I feel significantly more confident, I pivoted with power. I feel renewed, refreshed, connected, purposeful and fulfilled. Sandra Denise is a force of nature and a joy to work with! She is very helpful, gentle, raw and intuitive in how she provides powerful coaching and healing. My favourite part of the program was the reframing and unlocking of what desire, pleasure, and power means in the female body and spirit. The course material and literature were spot on and I continue to read books related to the ones she shared.
Profoundly yes, I would recommend this program to other women, I would go to say that most woman would benefit tremendously from some reconditioning and acknowledgement of misconduct by our society. The permission, expansion, and revelation about boundaries set by others was eye opening… life changing and moving. This program is so powerful, individuals of all kinds will benefit from diving into what it really means to be women, getting familiar with Pussy and self-love. Women deserve to feel powerful and confident - this program grants that.
